These Terms of Use are intended to legally govern the terms of availability of the website www.sphereastrale.com and the services offered, as well as to define the rights and obligations of the parties in this context.

Any access and/or use of the website www.sphereastrale.com implies unreserved acceptance and compliance with all the terms of these Terms of Use.

Users with internet access can consult the SphereAstrale.com website for free.

The services offered are as follows:

Credit System:

  • Unregistered visitors: 8 free credits per day
  • Registered users: 15 free credits per day
  • Premium subscribers: 50 credits per day (€24.99/month)

How Credits Work:

  • New consultation: Costs 4 credits to start a session
  • Sending a message: Costs 2 credits per message sent (AI response included)
  • Limit per consultation: 10 messages maximum for registered users, 40 messages maximum for premium subscribers
  • Renewal: Credits are automatically renewed every day at 00:00 (Paris time)
  • Non-cumulative: Unused credits are not carried over to the next day
  • Once your credits are exhausted, you must wait for renewal or subscribe

Technical Limitations:

  • Message length: Maximum 500 characters per message
  • Sending frequency: Maximum 1 message per 5 seconds to prevent spam
  • Simultaneous sessions: 1 active consultation maximum per user

Conversation History:

  • Unregistered visitors: No access to history (temporary sessions only)
  • Registered users: Access to the last 2 consultations only
  • Premium subscribers: Full access to their entire consultation history
  • Upgrading to premium: Registered users who subscribe to a premium plan automatically regain access to all their previous consultations
  • Retention: All consultations are retained for a maximum of 3 years after the last activity
  • Encryption: All messages are encrypted in the database (XChaCha20-Poly1305)
  • Deletion: Users can delete their history at any time from their account

The Publisher reserves the right to suspend or temporarily interrupt access to the site (particularly for maintenance), without notice.

ARTICLE 4: User Responsibility

The User is responsible for the use of their login credentials and must ensure their confidentiality. Any disclosure of password, voluntary or not, is the responsibility of the User.

The User agrees to use the site in compliance with applicable laws and not to infringe on the rights of third parties.

ARTICLE 12: Applicable Law and Jurisdiction

These Terms of Use are governed by French law. In case of dispute and after an attempt at amicable resolution, the competent courts will be those of the Publisher's registered office (Paris).
